The Peaceful Qualiteas of Queen of Ukraine - Magic Hour

The Peaceful Qualiteas of Queen of Ukraine

Posted by Magic Hour Teas on

My home country is a place where golden fields give way to vital forests, and the soil grows abundant crops for millions to thrive. With the current war in Ukraine, I wanted to put our money where our cup is, to help support the Ukraine people with an ongoing fundraising tea from Magic Hour.

This RoyalTea brings a beautiful blend of botanicals that grow in Ukraine, and $15 from every jar purchased will be donated to vetted, on the ground organizations supporting the Ukrainian people. This month's donations will be sent to World Central Kitchen #chefsforukraine and will continue to evolve as needs shift abroad.

Queen of Ukraine features soothing Chamomile, wild Strawberries, Organic Roses, Butterfly Pea Flower, Lavender blossoms and Vanilla, heavenly in its aroma and on the palate. We invite you to sip this calming elixir while supporting efforts of peace and prosperity for our brothers and sisters in need.

Healing Qualiteas

  • Chamomile contains an antioxidant called apigenin, which binds with receptors in our brains that can help make us sleepy, alleviating symptoms of insomnia and soothing us into a state of rest. This lush blossom also helps reduce acidity in the stomach which can alleviate digestive discomfort, balances our blood sugar and boasts anti-inflammatory properties. It can also nourish the heart, soothe symptoms of anxiety, depression as well as menstrual cramps, and also boost the immune system.
  • Strawberries are rich in vitamin C, manganese and a wealth of immune-boosting antioxidants. They also can support our heart health, help lower oxidative stress, reduce inflammation (a common precursor of disease in the body), nourish our blood health and can even lower “bad” (LDL) cholesterol levels.
  • Roses are the highest vibration flower in the world and known to support glowing skin, nourish our digestion, and boost our mood. Rich in antioxidants, rose petals also help fight free radicals in the body, lower stress levels, and contain gallic acid, an antioxidant compound that is known to have antimicrobial and analgesic effects.
  • Butterfly Pea Flower gives this tea its radiant blue color when steeped, and it has been sipped for centuries as an extraordinary beauty enhancer, nootropic and memory booster. It is collagen-producing for our skin, hair and nails, boosting blood flow to our scalp and strengthening hair follicles. It also reduces the appearance of skin inflammation, wrinkles and soothes our complexion. Butterfly Pea Flower supports brain health and cognitive function, provides increased energy and productivity with a sense of ease and relaxation, supports digestion, weight management and flushes toxins out of the body. Butterfly Pea Flower tonifies and strengthens our sensual energy and purifies our being from within.
  • Lavender is a powerful nervous system soother, and can calm feelings of worry or anxiety. Its anti-inflammatory properties and beneficial compounds can help boost our mood, supporting us to radiate and glow from within, and enhance our sleep quality for restfulness and vitality. It can also help heal wounds, itches, rashes and other skin irritations, as well as support greater collagen production and enhance our skin’s overall health.
  • Vanilla brings feelings of ease and comfort with its sweet, soothing scent, and it also boasts a wealth of health benefits. Vanilla beans contain a plant compound called vanillin, which is antioxidant-rich, anti-inflammatory, and even neuro-protective. Vanillin’s antioxidant effects can help protect the body against cellular damage, oxidative stress and premature aging. Its anti-inflammatory effects can help ward off disease in the body, as well as protect against inflammation-related cell and organ damage. They can also help soothe the nervous system and help reduce added sugar intake. Not to mention it is versatile in its flavor profile and utterly delicious!

My Ukrainian grandmother was the one who taught me the power of medicinal plants and flowers to restore health, soothe our hearts and calm our minds. She survived so that I could thrive. I dedicate this tea to her, and all the women of Ukraine.

Please help us help our global family through sipping this special blend.
