Magic Hour is nestled in the the valley of the moon, where the electric pink glow of sunrise and sunset creates the breathtaking Magic Hour. As the light bathes the landscape, it serves as a reminder that through nature, everything is possible. Celebrating this magical light, we find reverence at both dawn and dusk, recognizing that we are stardust in human form, journeying through life on a planet dancing through the cosmos. To marvel at the infinite is to sense the magic within ourselves.

The Magic Hour Tea Salon is located at 217 East Matilija Street in Ojai, California, 93023. It is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
What can you do at the Magic Hour Tea Salon? Do I need a reservation to visit it?
Visitors can sample rotating tea bar pours, order premium teas served hot, cold, or as lattes, and browse Magic Hour’s teaware, apothecary jars, gifts, rare blends, and seasonal specialties. The salon also serves tea-infused baked goods, organic wine, and bubbles.
The Tea Salon is open daily for sipping and shopping. Reservations are available for experiences such as Afternoon Tea and guided tea ceremonies. Magic Hour also hosts tastings, workshops, and events led by founder Zhena Muzyka.

What is Magic Hour?
Magic Hour is a woman-owned tea company founded by master tea blender and ceremony keeper Zhena Muzyka. The brand creates premium wellness teas and tea rituals designed to bring healing, connection, and intention into everyday life. Magic Hour works with artisan growers, regenerative farms, and fair trade partners around the world.
How and where does Magic Hour source its teas?
Our teas are cultivated, harvested, and blended from soil to cup with the Magic Hour Rule of Love. The base of our teas is grown in the tea estate where I was married :)! The exquisite buds are grown and harvested by our friends in a garden that touches the sky at the top of the mountains in the high-country of Sri Lanka. The pristine Idulgashinna Bio Tea Garden’s perched above a wildlife preserve. It was the first tea garden to become certified Biodynamic and organic in the world, it’s home to our family of farmers and growers whose respect towards nature and one another has become the gold standard of tea estates all over the world. We also source from small organic family gardens in Taiwan, Rwanda, India, Yunnan, Kyoto and Kagoshima, Japan.
Does Magic Hour have a tea subscription?
Yes. The Monthly Magic Tea Journey delivers an exclusive small-batch wellness tea and a curated ritual gift each month. Subscribers also receive guided teachings, meditations, and rituals led by Zhena to deepen their tea practice.
You can also subscribe to any individual tea, to have refills delivered at the cadence of your choosing.
Additionally, Magic Hour offers a custom Refill Ritual Bundle Builder which makes it even easier for customers to refill their Apothecary Jars at the cadence of their choosing, with deeper discounts offered.
