There’s nothing that says summer more than a fresh Strawberry Shortcake! I paired elegant white and green teas with freshly-dried organic California Strawberries, rich and decadent vanilla bean with zingy-tart hibiscus for heart health and weight balance and voila, a creamy-cool rich and dreamy shortcake tea was born! I love the pink steep color and drink this one in a big stem glass with a slice of strawberry—if you have a sweet tooth and love hibiscus too this one is for you!

  1. Use the cap to measure 10g or 3 heaping teaspoons of tea and place into steeping sachet.
  2. Close sachet and place in a glass jug, jar, or pitcher with 1-1.5 quart of cold, filtered water.
  3. Keep the jug in refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour.
  4. Stir and remove sachet, sweeten to taste and pour over ice.
  1.  Prepare the Cosmic Garden Iced Tea doubly strong.
  2. Mix with half lemonade.
  3. Stir and garnish with edible flowers or a lemon wedge.
  4. Enjoy!

    pink, at the bottom

    If you want the pink color, you might only get it at the bottom of the pitcher with a little water. Otherwise, as you fill the iced tea vessel it will turn green. I wonder if there’s a trick to making it all pink. Either way, it’s a nice blend.

    This reminds me of the strawberry shortcake dolls the scent and the tea itself is a bit tart but you add cream and it becomes cakey
