Pairs Well With

Magical Botanicals

Shatavari

Shatavari is a traditional herb that has been used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine to support women's health. It has several potential health benefits, such as regulating hormonal balance, improving digestion, and boosting the immune system.

Rose Hips

Rosehips bring a delicate, floral note to this blend, and boast a variety of exquisite health benefits as well, including immune support, heart and weight support, and even anti-aging properties for the skin. They may also reduce inflammation throughout the body and ease pain.

Orange Peel

Orange peel is a rich source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, particularly vitamin C and flavonoids, which have anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties. Consuming orange peel may help improve digestion by promoting the production of digestive enzymes and reducing constipation.

    Love the hue

this tea didn’t subside my craps when on my cycle but i do feel it helped me debloat, regardless — sipping something hot when you’re on your cycle just feels good and is actually cooling on my system. i love the flavor, aroma, and color! a wellness staple !

    Amazing to say the least!

This tea was absolutely delicious, it brewed such a beautiful color tea, and I was able to refill my pitcher numerous times with my loose tea in its strainer. You can definitely get a few servings of tea just from one 1-2tbsps!

Shatavari can increase estrogen so not ideal for perimenopause

I had hoped this tea would help me like it helped others. My Peri has been particularly marked by high estrogen leading to histamine issues, notably eczema, and anxiety. Strangely, I found no benefit… and was feeling worse. I did some research as I knew most of the herbs (and I take vitex daily). In looking up ingredients, Shatavari is recommended for those in late Peri or post menopause as it boosts estrogen. If you’re in the early phase of peri, it can do the opposite.

Kind of a bummer because every female health tea (Moon etc) on this site uses Shatavari.

    Life Changing

This tea is wonderful for menopause. This tea really helps with mood swings, anxiety, stress, depression and hot flashes. Great aroma and taste. Highly recommend, especially if you are unable to have hormonal medications.
