It's nice to have a little bit of extra security with packages especially with how the mail can be sometimes. I don't have to worry that if something goes wrong, I won't have to fight with the company to get a replacement or money back!

I have over the last couple years collected numerous jars of teas from Magic Hour. I have herbal teas, Green teas, Black Teas, hot brew teas, cold brew teas, you name it. I am ever surprised at the way Zena can design a tea blend to taste so amazing and in flavors I never imagined teas could taste. But beyond that the videos show you how to do more with your tea then just dip it in water and add sugar. They show you how to elevate your tea to an experience. Then if you have a problem, a question, the folks at Magic hour will respond with helpful answers and a friendly attitude. They have been easy to work with on the very few times I have needed to engage. I recommend Magic Hour to anyone who wants more then just another tea bag.

I never thought I needed this service until I did, pretty nice to have items resent when I realized I had not received my shipment, onward wanted to know what I thought of my goods, (wish they’d attach what products I’m reviewing), becomes difficult if I’ve ordered a bunch of things recently.
