Leo is a spectacular & completely unprecedented blend of Yunnan black tea pearls hand rolled to order from our organic tea growers. We scented them with essential oil of organic California oranges, a creamy caramel extract, and rolled them with powdered Lion’s Mane & powdered Vanilla bean pod seeds (called vanilla caviar). We then added sun-dried orange quarters & marigolds…It’s a heartfelt, brave, and bold dreamsicle unfurling into a divine hug in a cup. On ice, it tastes like a fancy creamsicle and as a hot tea its notes of citrus are balanced by notes of deep, rich Yunnan which is slightly smoky & mysterious. It’s a creation dedicated to the energy of Leo, the sun-drenched & big-hearted zodiac sign.

This tea is like drinking a cup of sunshine. The flavor profile is so complex, wonder if it is the calendula and lion's mane?? Can't wait to try this one iced!

It grew on me. Like alot.
Leo: Queen of courage took a little while to grow on me. I was originally imagining an ice cream treat from my youth, but instead I got a rather complex and marmalade-ish flavor. I set it in my cabinet as another "not quite for me" experience. A few days later I found my self thinking about it and decided to try again. It was truly wonderful! The trick is to not put too many of the dehydrated orange slices in the mix.

Perfection
It really does taste like a Creamsicle! It's perfectly balanced between orange, vanilla, and tea. Maybe a little orange forward, which was exactly what this Leo was looking for. This ties with my other favorite blend, Gypsy Rose. HAD to buy a refill and the Taurus tea for my mom, since this astrology blend worked out so well. Can't recommend more highly!
