She Rises: Hathor of Joy

Hathor of Joy is a honey nectar herbal tea inspired by the Egyptian goddess of joy, love, beauty, music, and sacred pleasure. Like a fine elderflower wine, this ambrosial caffeine-free blend combines blue lotus, rose, jasmine, peach, pineapple, and honeyed nectar notes into a soothing, regenerative ritual that fills your cup and your heart with sweetness. Beauty through the form of tea.

  • Honey Nectar and Elderflower Wine
  • Sun-ripened Peach and Pineapple
  • Jasmine Blossom and Soft Rose Petals
  • Smooth, Creamy Finish with Lingering Floral Sweetness

Hathor is the Egyptian goddess of joy, love, music, dance, beauty, and motherhood. Crowned with a radiant sun disk, she embodies the abundant energy of the summer solstice and teaches that joy is sacred work. Revered as a protector of women and a goddess of celebration, Hathor reminds us that beauty, pleasure, and love are not indulgences but forms of devotion. Her energy invites us to soften, receive, and allow more sweetness into our lives.

Flora drinks like a Provencal meadow at first light.

The first sip opens with honeyed peach and soft apricot before unfolding into rose, chamomile, and blue cornflower. Moonlight White tea creates a silken, luminous body while vanilla orchid lingers beneath the cup like velvet.

Soft. Floral. Feminine.
Never overpowering.
Always unfolding.

Best enjoyed:
During morning ritual
Mid-afternoon pauses
Journaling sessions
Long baths
Candlelit evenings

Inspired by the flower-filled temples and honeyed celebrations of Ancient Egypt, Hathor was crafted as a nectar rather than a traditional herbal tea. Blue lotus, rose, jasmine, elderflower, peach, pineapple, and honey notes come together to create a cup that is lush, floral, and deeply comforting. Like a fine elderflower wine, it offers a uniquely luxurious experience that feels both indulgent and restorative. Caffeine-free and crafted for daily ritual, Hathor transforms an ordinary tea break into a ceremony of joy.

Magical Botanicals

Jasmine Yin Hao Green Tea-6oz Pouch-Magic Hour
Jasmine

Jasmine flowers, known for their delicate fragrance, boast a myriad of health benefits rooted in both traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and folk practices. These blossoms have been historically revered for their calming properties, aiding in stress relief and relaxation. In TCM, jasmine tea is valued for its ability to promote digestion, alleviate headaches, and even enhance skin health. Rich in antioxidants like catechins and flavonoids, jasmine tea offers potential protection against oxidative stress and inflammation, contributing to overall well-being.

Blue Lotus

Modern research has illuminated why this flower was so prized, revealing bioactive compounds like aporphine and nuciferine that promote deep relaxation while maintaining mental clarity. Rich in antioxidants and flavonoids, the Blue Lotus supports overall wellness while facilitating states of calm and spiritual connection, making it as relevant for today's meditation and wellness practices as it was in ancient times.

Peach Moonlight White Tea

Flora in Bloom

Flora in Bloom is a seasonal ritual set devoted to beauty, renewal, and the quiet permission to simply bloom.

Inspired by Flora, the Roman goddess of flowers and spring, this offering invites you into a world where beauty is not earned, but embodied. Where life moves in cycles of planting, resting, and flowering, and blooming is sacred in itself.

At the heart of the ritual is Peach Moonlight White Tea, a delicate blend of white tea, chamomile, rose, and soft orchard fruits. Light, floral, and gently uplifting, it tastes like a moonlit garden in early spring.

Paired with Flora’s Bath Soak, this ritual extends beyond the cup. Botanical petals and aromatic herbs transform warm water into a sensory return to the body, encouraging deep rest, softness, and radiance.

Flora in Bloom is a reminder that you do not need to become anything more. You are already in season. You are already becoming.

Oriental Beauty Oolong with Jasmine, Strawberry & Bergamot

Freya the Radiant

Freya’s strength & beauty could only be depicted through one of the rarest and most unique teas on planet earth:

Oriental Beauty Oolong (Bai Hao / Dong Fang Mei Ren)

There is a tea that owes its magic to a tiny insect and we think that is one of the most extraordinary stories in all of the tea world.

Oriental Beauty, known in Taiwan as Dong Fang Mei Ren, is born in the mist-draped hills of Hsinchu County, where small leafhoppers nibble the tender leaves, triggering the plant to produce a naturally occurring sweetness unlike anything else in nature. No pesticides. No interference. Just the wisdom of an ecosystem doing exactly what it was designed to do.

Ripe summer peach kissed with wildflower honey, a breath of warm spice, and a finish that lingers like the last note of a song you don’t want to end. The liquor pours a luminous reddish-amber, deep, jewel-toned, and gorgeous in the cup.

This tea is highly oxidized, closer to a black tea in character, which gives it a richness and body that feels almost like sipping liquid velvet. The leaves themselves are a work of art, multi-colored, silver-tipped, and twisted, each one a tiny masterpiece.

It has long been called the Champagne of teas and we agree. This is a tea for celebrating ordinary moments as sacred ones.

Pomegranate & Jasmine Green Tea

Persephone's Potion

Queen of Transformation

She who walks between worlds—from winter’s shadow to spring’s radiant bloom.

This sacred blend honors her journey with the fruits of both realms: deep ruby elderberries and pomegranate seeds from the underworld, kissed by jasmine’s ascending spring light.

A tart-sweet elixir of regeneration, this tea transforms you from the inside out, supporting immunity, cellular renewal, and radiant beauty from within with every sip.

The deep ruby-red color from hibiscus, elderberry, and pomegranate perfectly captures Persephone’s duality. The richness of the underworld with the vitality of spring. The jasmine green tea adds her ascension energy.

Persephone walks between worlds. Six months in shadow, six months in bloom.

Her myth teaches us that renewal is not forced. It is cyclical. It is embodied. It is inevitable.

March is the month of emergence. Cellular renewal. Skin awakening. Inner beauty rising to the surface.

This is transformation without urgency. Rebirth without striving.

Damiana & Rose White Tea

Aphrodite’s Alchemy

Aphrodite was born from sea foam, rising fully formed from the ocean, beauty incarnate and needing no one’s permission to exist.

In Greek mythology, she is the goddess of love, beauty, pleasure, and sacred sexuality. Unlike many goddesses bound by marriage or duty, Aphrodite chose her lovers freely and followed desire as a divine force. Her true power came from within, from complete comfort in her own body and worthiness of pleasure.

She was worshipped in temples where pleasure was prayer, especially in Cyprus, her island of origin. There, Aphrodite was also known as a warrior goddess and protector of love and beauty. Later traditions tried to reduce her to vanity or infidelity, but the Greek sources remember her as an embodied force who taught that love and pleasure are sacred powers of creation.

Aphrodite is the Greek goddess who rose from sea foam fully formed—an embodiment of beauty, harmony, and self-worth. She teaches that true magnetism comes from within, from honoring what feels life-giving and moving through the world with ease and confidence.

Unbound by obligation, Aphrodite follows what nourishes the heart and reminds us that appreciation, pleasure, and connection are creative forces.

Worshipped especially in Cyprus, Aphrodite was honored as both a protector and a source of renewal. Ancient traditions remembered her not as vanity, but as a powerful presence who showed that beauty and love are essential energies that bring balance, inspiration, and vitality to life.

Winter Berry Puerh

Skadi The Sovereign

A berry-infused puerh tea for sovereignty, self-trust, and winter clarity.

The Wolf Moon rises in the heart of winter, calling us back to our true nature. This ceremonial blend honors Skadi, the Norse Winter Queen and goddess of sovereignty, independence, and wild self-knowing.

Skadi’s Sovereignty is crafted for those moments when clarity comes through stillness, when strength is forged quietly, and when choosing yourself becomes the most radical act of all.

This grounding puerh blend carries deep, earthy strength softened by subtle berry notes—rich, steady, and fortifying. Designed to support winter resilience, intuitive awareness, and embodied clarity.

Skadi (SKAH-dee) is the Norse goddess who chose her mountains over compromise. Offered comfort, partnership, and ease, she instead returned to the wild—honoring her nature above all else.

She teaches that true power comes from self-trust, from knowing who you are so deeply that no external approval can sway you.

How to Steep Loose Leaf Tea

What is Tea Ceremony?

FAQ

Yes, all of our teas undergo rigorous third-party testing to ensure they meet the highest standards for quality, purity, and safety. We proudly hold certifications for each blend, so you can sip confidently, knowing that our teas are crafted with care and integrity.

Our teas are cultivated, harvested, and blended from soil to cup with the Magic Hour Rule of Love. The base of our teas is grown in the tea estate where I was married :)! The exquisite buds are grown and harvested by our friends in a garden that touches the sky at the top of the mountains in the high-country of Sri Lanka. The pristine Idulgashinna Bio Tea Garden’s perched above a wildlife preserve. It was the first tea garden to become certified Biodynamic and organic in the world, it’s home to our family of farmers and growers whose respect towards nature and one another has become the gold standard of tea estates all over the world. We also source from small organic family gardens in Taiwan, Rwanda, India, Yunnan, Kyoto and Kagoshima, Japan.

Our formulator, Zhena, is an aromatherapist and was one of the founders of the Organic and Fair Trade movement over 25 years ago. She was crucial in getting rules for organics passed and has had a long-time passion for organics, Biodynamics and pure products. Her blending style is bold and she uses Organic-Compliant extracts of fruits, essential oils, and spices that fall under the “Natural Flavors” broad stroke ingredient description by the FDA. We only use extracts and flavors extracted with non-toxic methods and are 100% natural coming from the fruit or spice or flower that is distilled without chemicals.

Other companies may use “Natural Flavors” that are in a Propylene Glycol base—Zhena fought the label standards on this chemical 15 years ago and is dedicated to NEVER using flavorings with this or any other chemicals. Our flavors are entirely extracted naturally using alcohol or steam distillation. In the blending process, if the extract has alcohol, the alcohol dissipates. If you’ve ever used Vanilla Extract for cooking—you’ve used what Zhena uses in larger volumes.

When we writes, “Natural Flavors” it’s not because we wants to but that’s what the FDA requires. It’s not a great description and we assure you our standards are of the highest using only natural extracts and essential oils.

Please feel free to enjoy most of our teas without worry regarding being vegan compliant.
As of May of 2021, the only tea we have that is not vegan is Quintessence, which contains honey crystals.

You could steep our teas many times. A new flavor nuance will arise each time. If you’re planning to steep more than twice, you might want to add an additional teaspoon or two according to taste and the strength desired.

It's a common misconception that tea ceremony has to take up a lot of time from your schedule. I want to encourage you to take time for yourself, daily, in a simple tea ceremony. Simply naming 3 gratitudes as your water boils will uplift and shift your day!

However, the process only has to take as little as 10 minutes! For example, for most of our teas we suggest steeping 1 heaping teaspoon in water that is between 160--212 degrees (depending on the tea type--check the label!). As you steep your tea for the recommended minutes, take 3 heart-breaths, expanding the emerald green energy of your heart chakra. As you expand that blessed energy, you will activate your true intelligence which is found in the heart.

Then as you steep your loose-leaf magical tea, center into your senses. As yourself the Magic Hour sensory questions:

  • What do I hear?
  • What do I see?
  • What do I feel?
  • What do I smell?
  • What do I taste?

Then sip your tea with newfound presence.

Presence is where heaven is found. We want you to find your heaven on a daily basis!
