Genmaicha is a Sencha Green tea with toasted brown rice and is from from Kagoshima, Japan. A seaside city on Japan’s Kyushu island, best known for Sakurajima, an active volcano that faces Kinko Bay. At its base, the Nagisa Lava Trails winds through lava fields filled with boulders.
Flavor: Earthy aroma, toasted rice gives a nutty, rich flavor. Less caffeinated than other green teas.
Steeping Instructions: Steep 1 Tsp in 180 degree water for 2-3 minutes.
