Bergamot is a type of citrus fruit that contains flavonoids, which have been shown to have anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. Moreover, bergamot extract has been found to lower cholesterol levels and improve heart health.
White tea is the least processed type of tea, making it a rich source of antioxidants that can help protect the body against inflammation and oxidative stress. Furthermore, studies have suggested that white tea may have anti-aging properties, as it can help to prevent collagen and elastin breakdown in the skin.
Black tea is rich in antioxidants and has been associated with reduced risk of heart disease, improved mental alertness, and lower stress levels. Additionally, it may also have beneficial effects on gut health and blood sugar control.
