    Warm and spicy

    I wasn't thrilled the first time I brewed this, but I did 2 tsp the next brew and it was incredibly good. The spices are well blended at the turmeric doesn't get bitter for me. It's great to unwind with and was a godsend when I got tonsillitis! I can't say I felt it affected my sleep much but the ritual did help settle my nerves to get in a better headspace to sleep.

    Drinking My Last Cup Tonight

    Why? I've run out and wasn't paying attention. LoL I absolutely love this tea. I was having issues sleeping because I quit drinking and have been sober for 165 days. Withdrawal lasts on or about 30 days past that, and it's called PAWS (post acute withdrawal symptoms) sleep was my issue. But this helped me fall asleep and stay that way. I can't recommend this enough! I'll be getting the big jar next Friday when I get paid. I want to try the Virgo tea next. Since my birthday is on the 18th. Thanks Zhena!!!
