    My Favorite Mint Chill Tea. I Mix w Matcha

    I love them all as I am using mint for stress and stomach issues, but this one is my fave. The vanilla gives it warmth & very slight sweetness. I steep it, let it cool a bit if I have time to release the bitters. Then I add some matcha, froth, milk, and froth again. Don’t even use a sweetener for my matcha lattes this way. It’s perfect! Hot or cold. It’s also really great plain & iced for a cool down or refresh. If you haven’t tried an ashwagandha tea yet, u need to. ☺️
