    One of My Favorite Mint Teas

    Although good hot or cold. I really like to make this as a refreshing cold tea. I'm sure there's different ways to do it, but for time sake, I steep it as a hot tea and then pour it over ice. I like to add a little monk fruit sweetener. It makes getting in my water so much more refreshing.
