Cinnamon

Cinnamon is so much more than just a spice - it contains a wealth of medicinal (and anti-inflammatory) properties. Cinnamon is a prebiotic, which means it promotes the growth of beneficial bacteria within the gut, nourishing digestion, slowing the breakdown of carbohydrates and helping to balance nutrients and improve efficiency within the intestinal tract. 

Chicory

Chicory is another prebiotic root, primarily composed of inulin, which stokes and enhances our digestive fire, while lowering overall inflammation.     Very potent tea- I can use several steeps of this deliciousness. The aroma, the taste are just absolutely unique and incredible. I cannot get over how incredible this tea is. I have probably 8 teas from MagicHour and this is my favorite! ❤️

    A Grounding Tea

    This tea is just delightful! So smooth and a perfect blend for a relaxing feel. It has all of the goodness in it that my body needs. I do feel grounded after every cup.
