A luxurious blend of organic green tea, mint, ginger, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg, and cinnamon, capturing the essence of this city under moonlight. Steep 1-1.5 tsp in 8oz freshly boiled filtered water for 2-3 minutes. Sweeten as desired.

Directions for the Moroccan Mint Mojito

Ingredients:

  • Mint
  • Simple Syrup
  • Marrakesh infused White Rum
  • Sparkling Water

Instructions:

  1. Cut a lime into wedges and place them in the glass.
  2. Add 1oz of simple syrup to the glass.
  3. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, mash the lime wedges and simple syrup together until the lime juice is released.
  4. Fill the glass with 2 ounces of Marrakesh infused white rum.
  5. Add Ice to glass and top with sparkling water.
  6. Stir the ingredients together well.
  7. Garnish the mojito with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge, if desired.

To make the Marrakesh rum: combine 4 teaspoons of Marrakesh mint and 6oz vodka in an air tight jar. Let sit overnight.
