GABA Oolong is a unique type of oolong tea leaf, which gets its name from the Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid (GABA) it contains, a naturally occurring amino acid that works as a neurotransmitter in the brain. The leaves are freshly picked and processed in anaerobic conditions (without oxygen), utilizing nitrogen, which increases the amount of GABA and subsequent health benefits. GABA tea is sourced primarily from Japan and Taiwan and revered for having a calming effect on the nervous system and reducing overall stress levels in the body, while supporting anxiety, insomnia, hypertension and a variety of other ailments.     Gabba and Oolong Tea is so good and it is so good for you. I learned about it on YouTube about all the health benefits and I searched it out and I found that Magic Hour has the best Gabba and Oolong Tea out there if you’re looking for a healthy way to start your day.
